        EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION

       3. PLC programming control, touch screen man-machine interface, password protection can be set, the operation 

           is simple and easy to use. Welding, setting time and other parameters can be set through the touch screen; 

           output counting function, set the required output, when the output reaches the automatic reminder, convenient 

           for users to count.

       4. The cursor tracking system makes the welding and punching positioning precise.

       5. The equipment is detected by multiple sensors, and the position can be displayed on the screen when a fault 

           alarm occurs, which is convenient for users to quickly troubleshoot.

       6. Omron temperature control system, mold temperature is more balanced (error ± 1 ℃).

       7. Taiwan airtac brand pneumatic system provides stable pressure, and is designed with four independent guide 

           pillars with precision frame structure to make the pressure of each square on the mold more balanced.

       8. Man-machine dialogue, equipped with a tablet computer, remote computer monitoring.

          Machine Structure Workflow

        1. Membrane materials are put on the shelves, and the film materials are automatically fed and fed

        2. Punching round holes

        3. Automatic welding of circular foam gaskets for round sheets/manual automatic welding of ring and rubber rings

        4. Punching round foam gasket

        5. Manual on-line automatic welding of charcoal packages (the three-layer equipment does not have this step)

        6. Welding the bag body

        7. Die cutting the bag body

        8. Machine punch down the finished bag

        9. The conveyor belt sends out the finished bags
