Unique designed extrusion line for precision silicone tube with diameter under Ø3mm:
This extrusion line consist of two 20mm extruder, bi-color extrusion tooling, high temperature vulcanizing trough, OD gauge with closed-loop control function, online puller & cutter combination and integrated mixer. Adopting servo driver, Siemens PLC, it can produce various silicone interventional catheter and high precision micro-tubing e.g PICC.
